THE RAFFLE GAME

If you want to move up the ladder of success and your goal is to become a
Unit VIP, DIQ, Unit Manager, or a Director then this is a MUST for you to do
at EVERY Spa! It is a very simple "game" (everyone loves games especially
if they might win a prize) that will have your guests asking questions that they
want the answers to about your career with BeautiControl, about the
opportunities with this business, and what it has to offer THEM! This is the
key to getting Quality Recruits. We all Love our wholesale consultants but they
will not produce the volume in sale that we need to get us to directorship and
beyond!

Purchase a roll of tear-off raffle tickets. You can buy the 2-part tickers or the
single tickets and just rip them in half. They are available at any office store,
or even at Walmart for about $5 a roll. You will want to take approximately 20
tickets with you to each spa and have a mini product wrapped up cute with
curly ribbon, or sale item as the gift for the person's ticket that is drawn. Allow
about 10 minutes or until the tickets are gone if sooner for guests to ask you
questions. Tell them that there is only one rule in this game and that is that the
questions have to be about the business of BeautiControl or your Career with
BeautiControl. Not Personally about you or the products! As each person
asks a question give them a ticket. You may need to inspire a question or two
to get them started so give the hostess a freebie and say "you would like to
know why I joined BeautiControl, wouldn't you? She will respond sure I do,
then answer the question. The key to this game is for you to elaborate on your
answers. Do not give yes or no answers!! As the guests begin asking
questions they will feed off each other and it will become competitive
because they want to get that Free gift that you are giving away! Buy the way
you do not reveal until you present it!

As you are checking the guests out at the end of the spa be sure to ask at -
least two women that either asked a lot of good questions or just stood out to
you, if they would be interested in joining your team. Let them know that they
impressed you and that you think they would really be a great asset to your
team. A personal invitation and compliment can really make a Huge
difference and be all that she needs to encourage her to join your team!

You must assume that you will recruit at every spa! Go in with the attitude that
you know that you have the best opportunity available to them and that there
is at least one women there that will join ...... And since you don't know which
one you need to try to recruit them all!!!
