Kim's Spa Outline

1) Upon arrival create a relaxing atmosphere, light some candles,
shut curtains/blinds, and put on relaxing spa music.
Warm neck wrap, socks, and wash clothes
(if not done before you left home) in the Microwave.
*** Don't forget to place a damp towel/washcloth
over the socks to prevent them from catching on fire!***

2) Greet Guests as they arrive and do Show of Hands Instant Manicure
and Extreme Repair Hand Creme' on them.
Optional - you can do back massages while they are working the scrub into their hands.

3) Have everyone be seated.
Welcome everyone and introduce yourself "Hospitality Time",
Thank the Hostess for inviting everyone into her home to share this experience.
Present the hostess with her neck wrap and pass a second neck wrap around the room letting
everyone smell and feel the warmth around their neck.
(you can use the same one at each spa)
Optional - you can have each guest say something nice about the hostess,
or share their biggest stress they are "escaping" from that evening.
2nd Option > while doing hand massages pass the neck wrap around the room to each person
as you are doing their massage!
Explain to the guest's that the Soothing Therapeutic Neck Wrap
is one of the special gifts that you get just for being a hostess.
Tell them as they enjoy their experience tonight think of some friends
they might invite to enjoy a relaxing Spa Escape in their home.

4) Inform the guest that you are going to do an hour of pampering
and relaxation and make them feel as good from head to toe as their hands feel!
Tell them you are going to start with foot treatments.
Give everyone some Herbal Serenity Foot Creme to massage into their feet,
then plastic bags and warm socks to put on.
Pass out baby wipes for everyone to wipe their hands and collect them to dispose of.
Present the hostess with her free gift wrapped up pretty for calling and saying that she read you
hostess letter and explain she received this just for calling and letting me know she read my
hostess letter!


5) Spa Relaxation Time!
Give all the guests some Lip Apeel and pass out Eye Pads.
Tell them to lay back and relax and you will be going around doing hand and head massages.
Optional - Back massages at this time too.
Do some deep breathing exercises to help the guests to relax.
When all massages are done instruct them to remove their eye pads and
collect them to dispose of. Give the hostess her Free Vibrating Head Massager
if she earned it and explain that is another gift for being a hostess!

6) Explain our Skin Care Maintenance Sets.
Pass out warm wash clothes and cleanser
for them to cleanse their face and wash off their Lip Apeel.

7) Give each guests a small amount of Warming Trend Green Tea Masque
spritz their face with Herbal Hydrating mist and tell them to massage
this into their face avoiding the eye area, leave on for one minute
then wash off with their wash cloth. Collect all the wash clothes.
Give cotton squares with tonic next. Then moisturizer to everyone
with the exception of the hostess and the person you are going to
Demo The TFF products on.

8) Microderm Abrasion Treatment and Cell Block C Treatment on the hostess,
TFF Demo on one guest and/or the hostess.
Pass out Lip Balm to all.

9) Have them remove their sock and baggies,
collect them and ask them how great that their feet feel!

11) Goody Bag - a Must with the 3 Step Close

12) Raffle Game - a Must!!!!
( I will usually bring 20 tickets for questions.
Sometimes they go really fast and other times you will have extra).

13) Explain the BeautiControl Business Opportunity and
remind them of the three different reasons for joining.
Explain you have other sets available in your folders/menus that you are
about to pass out, and these folders are set up
so they can see what products work best together.
(It is up to you if you want to put product guides
in your folders for them to purchase individual items)
Make sure that you let the guests know
that as a Thank-You to the hostess for inviting all of you
I will give her up to 20% of the Spa sales in free products tonight
from all of your purchases!

14) Recap all the Hostess benefits, show a visual of what
a hostess typically receives, and let the guests know that the hostess
needs to get two spa's scheduled from her spa to earn the products that she wants.

Let them know that you have your calender with you and that the highlighted
dates are the days you have available to do spa's on.
Have them write their name and number on the date!

15) Pass out folders, menus or clip boards, take orders, answer questions, book spa's
- give hostess packet's to those who schedule a spa, and Recruit
- offer the BeautiControl Opportunity to the guests as they check out.
