GETTING ORGANIZED Take a couple of hours at home to organize your mobile spa business. Once you take in initial time to do this it only takes about ten minutes after each spa cleaning and re-filling your supplies. PACK YOUR SPA BAG FROM BEAUTICONTROL WITH: 1) Products that you received in your kit - Most of the products that you received in your kit are products that you will be using to do your spa's. You will want to pack them in the bag in the order that you will be using them during your spa, that way you will never forget what comes next! ** Don't forget to cut your eye pads in 1/2 or 1/4'S which ever you decide to do. 2) Product Demo's - Any additional products that you have to demo. Ex. Spa Sugar Body Lotion, Margarita body lotion or foot creme, Brown Sugar lotion and/or cologne, Luxuries of the Sea Line, BC Spa Detox & BC Spa Body, men's cologne's. You do not have to have all of these products at your spa but you should have a few different things to pass around to let the guests experience. You can add to these items as you become more established. 3) Baggies for the foot treatments 4) Zip Lock bags for socks, wash clothes, and collecting used supplies 5) Baby wipes for the guests to wipes hands with or Gentle Facial towel available under sales aids on beautinet 6) Make-up applicators or Q-tips cut in half - for distribution of the Lip Apeel 7) Cotton balls or cotton squares 8) Relaxing Spa C.D. 9) Back Massager's 10) Raffle Tickets and a small gift bag to draw the tickets from 11) Folders/Menus/Lap Boards and Pens 12) Calender with available dates highlighted 13) Two gifts wrapped cute or with curly ribbon on them - The first gift is for the hostess for calling you and letting you know that she read your hostess letter (if you are doing this in your hostess plan) and the second gift is for the winner of the raffle game. Both of these gifts can be as simple and inexpensive as a mini Extreme Repair Hand Therapy, or an items that you purchased on sale or in the Beauti Bargins section. Never anything over $5 your cost!!!! YOUR INSULATED LUNCH BAGS You will need to carry one or two insulated lunch bags with you depending on the size that you have. I personally like to have two separate bags. In the first one I put the heated wash clothes. Always pack for a few more than you are expecting! After heating the wash clothes place them in a zip-lock bag before putting them in your cooler, this will help to keep them warm. I warm my washcloths just before I leave for my spa and they stay plenty warm enough..... In the second bag I put the spa socks and the neck wrap. I wait until I get to my spa before I warm both of these since they are not wet they do not stay warm for as long. **Remember to place a damp towel over the socks when warming them in the microwave or they will catch on fire!** After warming the socks put them in a zip lock bag and then in your cooler along with the warmed neck wrap until you need them during your spa. PUTTING TOGETHER YOUR FOLDERS/MENUS/LAP BOARDS It is up to you if you prefer to use folders, menus, or lap boards. However no matter which you choose they should be organized and professional looking. You do not need to spend a fortune to make them attractive. If you want to use menus you can get them at Sam's Club If you choose to use folders you can get them at any office supply store, using folders remember you will also need protective sleeves for your sheets or they will get ruined after just a couple spas.
